Description
Golden Axe III is a side-scrolling action game for the Sega Genesis. The game features similar gameplay to the first two games in the series, allowing players to choose from four characters and battle their way through various levels filled with enemies. In addition to standard weapons like swords and axes, the game introduces magical attacks that can deal extra damage and clear the screen of enemies. The game also features a new "team-up" attack system, allowing two characters to combine their attacks for even more devastating results. Golden Axe III also introduces new mounts for the characters, such as giant turtles and flying dragons, which can be ridden into battle. The game features a variety of different enemy types and bosses, as well as multiple paths through the levels to keep players engaged.
